These New Hope Homes Are Among Most Expensive Houses Sold in Pennsylvania in 2020
The Philadelphia area is home to a whopping 19 of the most expensive houses sold in Pennsylvania in 2020, and three of them are in Bucks County, writes Daniel Urie for the Harrisburg Patriot-News.
At $4,060,000, the house on River Road in Solebury Township ranked highest in eighth place. Located near New Hope, the 7,225-square-foot home sold on July 14. It was built in 1820 and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
It is valued 511.3 percent higher than the typical home in ZIP Code 18938, which is estimated at $664,172.
In sixteenth place is the home on Pintail Point in Solebury Township, which sold for $3,625,000 on September 24. The 4,205-square-foot house was built in 2006. It is valued 445.8 percent higher than the average home in ZIP Code 18938.
The home on Greenhill Road is in the same township as the previous two homes. It came in seventeenth place with a final price tag of $3,550,000. This 1999 home was sold on September 14. It is valued 434.5 percent higher than a typical home in this ZIP Code.
