A college education is one of the best investments you can make toward your future, yet concerns regarding college affordability are real.

These concerns and worries can prohibit students from obtaining a college degree, accomplishing their educational goals, and reaching their dreams. 

Chestnut Hill College (CHC) makes a college education affordable through financial aid, scholarships, tuition discounts and through partnerships with organizations and community colleges.

For example, Chestnut Hill College is a member of Montgomery County Community College’s (MCCC) University Center Partnership, which provides students the opportunity to complete a bachelor’s degree at the community college and on CHC’s Main campus.

Students who have an associate’s degree from Montgomery County Community College with a GPA of 3.0 or above receive a 20% discount on Chestnut Hill College’s tuition. 

If a student has an associate’s degree from MCCC with a GPA of 3.5 and above, they receive a 25% discount on CHC tuition. 

Students may be eligible for other tuition discounts based on CHC’s partnerships with various organizations. 

For instance, Chestnut Hill College has partnered with Tri-County Community Network and the Bucks-Mont Collaborative to extend its tuition discount program to organization member employees, their spouses, and dependents. 

“Along with the good work these community organizations accomplish, they know how important education is to their employees,” notes Catherine Kushnerick, M.Ed., Off-Site Program Coordinator of Chestnut Hill College.

“Many of our students are also eligible for federal and state grants and governmental loans. We also offer payment plans and work with students who receive tuition reimbursement from their employers,” noted Kushnerick.

Chestnut Hill College’s Accelerated Adult Degree Program is carefully designed to support adult students who are looking to earn a degree, offering affordability and flexible accessibility so that students have a better chance of reaching their educational goals.
