Acteon Lights for Life donates $13,656 to Special Olympics

Acteon Networks, LLC, a privately-owned comprehensive telecommunications and NEC dealer headquartered in Fort Washington, recently donated at check for $13,656 to Special Olympics Montgomery County with proceeds from the annual Light Up a Life charity drive.

The Yoast family of Acteon creates a spectacular holiday light display each year, and donates the proceeds to local charities.

According to Acteon Networks, “this year with the help of all of the incredible folks who dropped a few bucks in the donation buckets, and the corporate sponsors we were able to raise a grand total of $27,312.00

“Each year we split 100 percent of all money raised and this year the money went to Special Olympics of Montgomery County who was presented with a check for $13,656. They will use the funds for new equipment.
