Stoltz Real Estate Partners from Bala Cynwyd has paid $28.3 million for ‘The Sheds on Charlotte’, an office and retail development in Midtown Nashville, writes Getahn Ward for Tennessean.
The purchase comes almost a year after the Montgomery County real estate fund manager acquired The Stahlman and The Lofts apartment complexes in downtown Nashville.

The fully leased, five-acre, four office building complex has 85,000-square-feet of rentable space and its own Starbucks.
The property also has the added convenience of over 200 parking spaces.
