Brandee and Jason Hagan, owners of Hagan Catering & Hospitality, have a new restaurant and an event venue in Riegelsville, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The husband-and-wife duo will hold a soft opening for Hagan’s Restaurant & Bar on October 7, and their event venue, Hagan’s Lodge, will open next spring.

The new eatery will be in the space that housed Bowman’s North restaurant, where the couple previously worked. The Hagans purchased the liquor license from James Seward, owner of Bowman’s North. Currently, they are leasing the ground floor from Seward, with plans to purchase the property once their lease expires.

Since they used to work at Bowman’s North, the pair are familiar with the space and surrounding community.

“We know all of the locals and we have a pretty good grasp on what we think the clientele is looking for, what we want to be known for, and how to be a staple in our town and the surrounding towns around us,” said Brandee Hagan.

Hagan’s Restaurant & Bar will offer items influenced by several cuisines, including traditional American, Korean-style fare, and Mexican-style dishes.
