Customer Success Engineer – Analytics
This position is responsible for creating and managing a set of offerings that result in highly successful and loyal customers. Specific responsibilities include providing platform architecture and development strategy advice to Qlik’s most advanced customers, ensuring that implementations are timely, successful, scalable, and secure according to leading practices.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related technical field; a minimum of three to five years of experience managing internal and/or external clients in the delivery of large infrastructure solutions, including server, storage, and network infrastructure planning; and hands-on experience designing and deploying complex solutions on-premise and in the cloud.
Global Webinars and Online Event Manager
This position is responsible for developing and executing the Qlik global online event program, including managing the online events calendar, driving registration and promotion, and ensuring flawless execution across all major online events.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and five to eight years of business experience with demand generation/B2B marketing; prior experience managing marketing program execution from planning through to implementation, measurement, and analysis; and a solid physical and/or digital events background.
Cyber Security Program Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing and managing ongoing security programs; coordinating resources to support ongoing security assessments; and coordinating annual security and compliance audits.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and one to three years of experience in program and project management and a Project Management Professional qualification. Security qualifications like CISSP, CISA, and CISM are a plus.
