The Blue Bell Inn is ready for brunch.

What’s better than brunch? Nothing! The mimosas, the Bloody Marys, the numerous food choices: sweet, savory, both!

Open Table, the online restaurant reservation resource, has released its best-of assessment of brunch across the U.S.

The rankings resulted from more than 12 million verified diner reviews of over 30,000 restaurants.

Open Table received feedback from every state in the U.S., as well as Washington, D.C.

The Montgomery County appearance on the list is one of only eight Pennsylvania restaurants honored. The greatest number of brunch-serving winners (17) hail from California.

Montgomery County has one restaurant that ranked in the best bunches of brunches: Blue Bell Inn.

Serving Contemporary American fare, this elegant local spot has got some of the best dining in the area. You can enjoy seafood, excellent steaks, and the signature raw bar, and of course, brunch.

But let’s talk brunch, shall we?

Starting, with the bagel boards, this fun layout offers a selection of bagels and spreads, including smoked salmon, lobster salad, cream cheese, raspberry preserve, among others.

The raw bar has its usual suspects: oysters, shrimp cocktail, snow crab claws, and cherry stone clams.

Buttermilk pancakes, classic French toasts, BBI blintzes with cherry sauce, Italian baked eggs, classic eggs benedict, and the omelet du jour are sure to satisfy your breakfast cravings.

For those who want both, the brunch sandwiches are sure to please, with a fabulous short rib sandwich, the Ultimate burger, and my personal favorite, the lobster roll.

And for the table, share a pastry basket, warm banana bread, or BBI homemade beignets.

The cocktail menu is sure to please, as well.

In 2013, Blue Bell Inn underwent extensive renovations, where many historical aspects were enhanced through thoughtful details and elegant touches such as solid white oak and porcelain tile floors.

Executive chef Peter Sherba ensures all who dine here have a great time, and the menu keeps patrons coming back for more.

In 2016 The Blue Bell Inn acquired nearby Meadowlands Country Club, which is now called the Bluestone Country Club.

Chef Sherba has infused the country club’s food program by introducing the same standard of quality dishes and ingredients that have made the Blue Bell Inn a must-visit in Montgomery County.

The Blue Bell Inn is located at 601 Skippack Pike in Blue Bell.
