Nine Bucks County locations are among the top fifty priciest places and most expensive neighborhoods in the Philadelphia region in 2020, according to a staff report from the Philadelphia Magazine.

The highest-ranked is Upper Makefield Township in sixth place with a 2020 average home price of $903,570. This represents a one-year change of 16 percent.

Solebury Township also made the top ten in eighth place with an average home price of $881,559, a change of 22 percent over the previous year.

Next is New Hope Borough in twelfth place with a $781,807 average home price, closely followed by Wrightstown Township in thirteenth place with an average price of $768,870.

Meanwhile, Tinicum Township is at No. 21 with a 2020 average home price of $692,019, Newtown Borough is in No. 24 with $670,671, and Doylestown Borough is at No. 31 with $633,739.

The list is rounded out with Buckingham Township in No. 39 with an average home price of $579,200 and Springfield Township in No. 44 at a median home price of $553,318.
